1. Services

AptJurid provides professional legal support for apartment purchases, including document review, contract negotiation, and closing assistance. All service fees are due in advance. Upon payment confirmation, we will schedule your services.

1.1 Service Fees

Clients are responsible for the full fee for each service booked. Fees cover the time of our legal professionals and administrative costs.

1.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments by contacting us via Contact Form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late rescheduling or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not qualify for a refund but may be transferred to a new date within 30 days.

1.3 Refunds for Services

We are committed to delivering the agreed services. If AptJurid fails to provide the services within the timeframe specified in the service agreement, the client may request a full refund. To request a refund, submit a request via Contact Form within 30 days of the scheduled service date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Services rendered in full or partial completion are not eligible for a refund but may be supplemented with additional support at no extra cost.

2. Info Products

AptJurid offers digital guides and templates related to apartment purchase legal documentation. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. To ensure satisfaction, preview materials and outlines are provided before purchase. Delivery is immediate upon purchase, and products cannot be transferred or exchanged.

3. Goods

From time to time, AptJurid may offer physical legal kits and printed forms. Customers may return unused goods in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Form. Upon approval, a return label will be provided. Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges for different products may be arranged if available.

4. No Refund Exceptions

Certain bespoke services, including court representation and specialized property due diligence, are non-refundable due to the significant commitment of our professionals and resources. Requests for refunds on these services will not be honored. Clients are encouraged to review the service description carefully before engagement.
